Chris's guitarist Peter Thorn posted the following bulletin on MySpace today: thanks, Peter!

"I'm in New Zealand, and we've just done our 1st date with Linkin Park.. was a blast. We have a show here tonight, and then it's off to Australia tomorrow. Anyways, it's a pleasure to be out with such a hard working and dedicated band, I have much respect for Linkin Park. They've been able to hold it together and actually grow and flourish as a band through some hard times in this business. It's been a great year so far, sharing stages with such incredible bands (Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. and now these guys).... having Jimmy Page and Brian May visit us in our dressing rooms... being photographed by Ross Halfin, whose pics I've looked at in rock books and mags since I was a little kid.... Anyway, pinch me, must be dreaming! It's pretty amazing. Of course, the best part is being onstage with my buds, and it's just such a pleasure to be up there with Chris, he's simply one of the best there is and I count him as one of my good friends to boot. We have a fantastic crew too and all the band guys really appreciate all they do to keep things rolling. That's it for now! 2 hrs til soundcheck and then we will rock Auckland once again...."

According to Chilean newspaper La Tercera, negotiations are underway for Chris to play in Santiago around December 9/10, although nothing definite has yet been announced.
